This bio was written in March 2001 and placed in a business plan that was entered into a contest at the School of Business at Chapman University.

Gieszl works full-time as a producer for Kiko, (an acronymn for Knowledge In, Knowledge Out) a business-to-business application service provider that builds Internet-based applications to enable schools, business and individuals to teach, learn and collaborate online. As the producer Gieszl is the lead designer of the company's products and applications. He works with a graphic designer and team of Web developers and engineers who build the applications. Also manages all aspects of the production and delivery of the products he is responsible for. Gieszl's other responsibilities at Kiko include designing the user interface of the company's primary product the Knowledge Network, which is currently being sold to businesses and schools across the country.

Gieszl is also the owner, webmaster and producer of Ultimate Rollercoaster.com the Internet's definitive destination for the topics of roller coasters and theme parks. As the founder and brain behind the site, Gieszl has been responsible for the site architecture, design, content development, coding, and handles all of the business related to the Web site, including a successful revenue-generating advertising program.

Previously Gieszl was employed with Saatchi & Saatchi, an advertising agency, where he worked on the number one automotive Web site, Toyota.com. While at Saatchi & Saatchi Gieszl was honored with a prestigious One Show Interactive Gold Pencil award for his animation work on a banner ad for Toyota.

Gieszl is a self-taught Internet expert with over seven years of experience working on the Internet. Gieszl has also completed freelance work for Mountain High Ski Resort and most recently Ghost Ride Productions, Inc. He has extensive experience in site design, information architecture and has worked with many programming languages including HTML, Perl, JavaScript and XML.

Gieszl graduated in 1998 from Chapman University with a B.A. degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Business. Gieszl's involvement at Chapman included serving as the Commissioner of Finance for the student government and he was an active member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He was also honored with a Senior Leadership Award for his campus involvement.
